Originally from Greenfire Farms. Very similar to Ayam Cemani, in fact, believed by many to originally derive from Ayam Cemani brought to Sweden long ago. I presume them to be more cold hardy than Ayam Cemani. These birds have black skin, blackish flesh, and black bones.
These are not large birds, rather they are somewhat petite.
We tend to sell mostly chicks, or juveniles locally, but occasionally an adult (usually male) is available for shipping.
