Madagascar Malgache
Madagascar, aka Malgache. are ancient breed from Madagascar. However, nowadays the best Madagascar are often found in Vietnam. They may be called naked neck Ga Noi by some breeders. Ours have No Follicles on the neck; only smooth wrinkly skin. Most have a dewlap or nothing under “chin”, only occasionally trace wattles appear which birds are then culled. The genetics of our Malgache come from Vietnam. They are quick and aggressive. Our original Malgache are not heavy birds, but we are developing a larger strain. First rooster shown -original rooster- is under 6 pounds. We acquired our stock recently. The project of purification and selection of our genetics just started, but the foundation stock is strong. We are now offering adults on this website or on Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Ga-Noi-Guru-2183313788608347/ [FB page temporarily (?) down].

Above photo collage shows our very first chicks. (All of which have grown; two are kept for breeding and two others have already found new homes). Madagascar are a lively breed.

First Malgache / Madagascar chicks growing up with original green legged hen.

Above is one of the 2 chicks which I retained for breeding. I favor the green legs a bit. She is notable in that, unlike other members of her family with prominent dewlap, she has almost no dewlap, (as well as no wattles and no earlobs); she has a very clean head.

Siblings which will be offered in 2019/2020 Fall Winter Spring season.

Thai game fowl
We keep more than one family of Thai. We have a family of Hmong Thai which throw many pumpkin roosters. They are “relatively pure” Thai which have maintained the breed as I received them from local Hmong community. Pumpkin is a heterozygous genetic expression of black genes and blond genes. Whites also appear in this family. Hens tend to be penciled brown.

NQL sired the white rooster shown before him (when put over Cricket, a blond Thai).
One branch of our Thai family has a trace of Blond Shamo cross (who was Grandfather of one blond Thai hen named Cricket). I show photo of Shamo x grandfather next: (blond over black produces Pumpkins.)

Another family of our Thais, some grey “Blue” hens are being crossed with Blk Red Ga Noi…we shall see what this calculated experiment produces. Note that I AM STILL BUILDING this SITE so please bear with me as I slowly get more photos posted. I was born way before PC computers … I am not very fast at learning this technology. Thank You for bearing with me here!
So following are some random photos of Thai or Thai x birds, some fair, some finer. A sample of what we’re raising in Thais:

Pama

Some of our Thai have admix of Pama. The Thai tribe or family which I breed in some Pama derive from this 7 1/2 pound Pama – Thai stag (over large Thai black hens). Pama are understood to be Burmese type of game fowl. Following are a few more photos of this Pama – Thai Stag.

Some sons:

As of 2020 I sold out of Pama; I decided to DISCONTINUE the Pama.
Asian Longtails
Occasionally we might offer Asian long tails; Phoenixes which are generally Phoenix with some mix of American Onagadori, (possibly occasionally a tad of Yokohama). We may include Cubalaya here too. These derive from lines of various well verified and respected USA breeders. We probably won’t feature any longtails for sale until 2021. Site under construction and THIS page could be one of the last to be built up. Thanks for visiting.

Svart Hona
So sorry, we have not yet built this page up. Thank you for coming and I hope you are interested enough to return to see our fine Svart Hona flock.
Svart Hona
We keep a small flock of Svart Honas
( 2019 merely two roosters four hens )
Originally from Greenfire Farms. Very similar to Ayam Cemani, in fact, believed by many to originally derive from Ayam Cemani brought to Sweden long ago. I presume them to be more cold hardy than Ayam Cemani. These birds have black skin, blackish flesh, and black bones.
These are not large birds, rather they are somewhat petite.
We tend to sell mostly chicks, or juveniles locally, but occasionally an adult (usually male) is available for shipping.

Sumatra
Site slowly under construction. For now I merely share these photos. Black Sumatras (adult) will become available in 2020. Many healthy chicks being reared now. These are full size Sumatra. (We do also keep a very few dwarf black Sumatra.)

Ga Noi
Our Ga Noi hail from Vietnam. They tend to be fairly large heavy formidable birds.

This boi has sired sons for the 2019/2020 season. Full Viet Ganoi.

Madagascar Malgache
Madagascar, aka Malgache. are ancient breed from Madagascar. However, nowadays the best Madagascar are said by some to be often found in Vietnam. Also, I’ve heard good Madagascar are kept in Iraq. They may be called naked neck Ga Noi by some breeders. Some say these are two breeds some say not.
My “Mads” are “Nakedneck Ganoi” to some. My necks have ‘empty’ follicles. Genetics of our Mads ( or Naked-necks ) reputedly were mixed with Vietnamese feathered Ganoi and now, well, I am pulling out these genes to purify.
They evidence quickness and are aggressive. These original Malgache are not heavy birds. Rooster shown , “Julyat”, weighed 5 pounds 7 oz. Hens c 3.5#. I acquired our naked stock recently so the development has just begun, including to breed some heavier line of these Nakednecks. I am offering adults on this website or on Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/Ga-Noi-Guru-2183313788608347/ by early 2020. ( Temporarily FB link and page may be deactivated. )
